Induction

This first component facilitates the integration and adaptation of teachers to the educational environment, providing the information, tools and resources necessary to ensure effective teaching, aligned with the mission and vision of the Program, as well as fostering a collaborative and professional environment that promotes the continuous development of the consultants.

Pedagogical accompaniment

It allows us to promote the continuous improvement of teaching practices through pedagogical support focused on constructive feedback, which allows educators to reflect on their performance, identify areas for improvement and apply effective strategies to enhance student learning.

Evaluation of Executive Functions

It allows for the identification of difficulties in key areas such as planning, organization, impulse control, working memory and cognitive flexibility, facilitating the implementation of personalized interventions to improve academic performance, behavior and decision-making, promoting comprehensive development in the students or individuals evaluated.

Quality Circles

One advantage of holding quality circles with teachers and authorities is that they promote collaboration and teamwork, facilitating the identification and joint resolution of educational problems. This fosters an environment of continuous improvement, empowering teachers and strengthening communication between them and authorities, resulting in better decision-making and higher quality in the educational process.

Training Workshops

The workshops strengthen collaboration and communication between different groups (parents – teachers), promoting a shared understanding of educational goals and support strategies. This contributes to creating a cohesive environment that benefits the comprehensive development of students, by aligning efforts between school and home to address academic, emotional and social needs together.

Good Practices

These spaces help us to promote the exchange of experiences and the adoption of good pedagogical practices through the observation and analysis of successful strategies implemented in other educational institutions, in order to enrich and improve the quality of the educational process in the institution itself.

Digital Environment

Using a platform will allow us to centralize and optimize the management of resources, processes and communication, facilitating efficient access to services, improving the user experience and promoting collaboration between the different actors.

Open House

These spaces will allow us to promote the exchange of knowledge, experiences and resources among participants, fostering innovation, practical learning and strengthening collaboration networks that contribute to personal, professional and community development.

Congress of Thought

The think tank brings together experts and professionals in various areas of knowledge, with the aim of generating a space for reflection, debate and analysis that encourages the exchange of innovative ideas and the generation of solutions to current problems in different fields.

Certifications

Through this component, certifications are awarded to officially recognize the achievements, knowledge and skills acquired by participants, validating their training or experience in specific areas and motivating the continuous development of skills and abilities.
